Creating Experiences: Exhibit Engagement Factors

Deciding to incorporate a mobile tour into your marketing plan is a big first step. So how do you ensure you’re creating the right visitor experience? Here are three points to consider when developing your mobile brand experience:

Tell your brand story: Utilize your mobile tour to convey what drives your brand. How is your brand relevant? How has your product evolved? Use your vehicle space to uniquely convey industry needs and how your brand creates solutions. Combine the benefit, attribute and personality of your brand and product to create a memorable experience that can lead to lasting brand connections.

Allow interaction. Lecture-format presentations have their benefits, but hands-on experiences are usually a more effective option. If your mobile tour is designed to sell your product attributes, incorporate those products whenever possible. Have them available on-board will allow guests to see first-hand their applications and benefits.

Give them some face time. Don’t rely on your exhibit to fully convey your brand, take the opportunity for one-on-one engagement time. Make sure there’s a knowledgeable representative for your company to guide guests through your experience and answer questions about your brand. That personal interaction will go a long way to building a lasting connection with potential long-term customers.
