On the Road: Hershey's Mobile Customer Insights Center (MCIC) Tour

Pennsylvania-based Hershey is known for over 80 well-known brands, including Hershey's, Reese's, and SkinnyPop, among others. As an extension of their Global Customer Insights Center (GCIC), Hershey created the MCIC to deliver expertise directly to retail partners. 

Designed to bring retail customers individualized merchandise experiences, MRA partnered with Hershey and their customer engagement partner, Wild Blue Technologies, to launch the Hershey's Mobile Customer Insights Center (MCIC) Tour. The tour enables Hershey's to showcase category management ideas, point of sale displays and consumer promotions, helping partners engage with and discuss customer insights.

The 53' double-expandable trailer provides a space for retail partners to engage in discussions about store sets and shopper strategies with Hershey's MCIC subject matter experts. By engaging in immersive experiences, partners can discuss and implement merchandising optimization strategies for their own stores.
